What we do at R.E.C.
R.E.C.’s construction division operates as a general contractor and mechanical subcontractor for both new construction and renovation projects. With office locations in Bryan/College Station and San Antonio Texas, we have successfully completed projects as large as $14 million across Texas – from Brownsville to Lubbock and Texarkana to Del Rio.
Our Service Division provides complete heating, cooling, and refrigeration services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. Our certified technicians install, service, and maintain equipment for projects ranging from a couple hundred dollars to several million dollars in size.
We employ a team of skilled welders, pipe fitters, and sheet metal technicians who produce and fabricate materials used in all of our plumbing and HVAC work. Our Fabrication Team allows our workers on-site to quickly install pre-assembled systems and to acquire specialized duct work and piping needed to adapt to job site conditions.
R.E.C. offers Department of Labor approved Sheet Metal and Plumbing apprenticeships through Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC). These apprenticeships are available to R.E.C. team members who have been with us for over a year and want to further develop their skills in plumbing or sheet metal work.
