“I was raised in a small, rural town near the border of New York and Pennsylvania. Mechanical Contracting has been a part of my life since I was a young child. My father has been in the Mechanical Contracting business since the 1950’s. As a teenager I would assist him with clerical work relating to the business and project management. In 1980, when my parents founded REC Industries, Inc., my passion, talent and interest was in Art and Design. I earned a degree in Advertising and Marketing and worked in that industry for more than 20 years. While Mechanical Contracting and Marketing/Advertising seem to be completely different, many of the skills and applications of Management and Project Management are the same. I was asked to and honored to have the opportunity to join our family Mechanical Contracting business – REC Industries, Inc. in 2004.

REC Industries, Inc. is a family business in all senses. Many of our team members have worked with us for decades. We enjoy positive and productive relationships with co-workers, contractors, owners, and vendors in our industry and community. The founders of our company demonstrated that successful contracting is all about quality work, relationships and integrity. I am proud to be a part of this business and to work with my partners toward continued success for our company, families and employees.

Outside of mechanical contracting, I enjoy spending time with my family and being active in my church, volunteering and being active in educational/children’s programs including Head Start, CSISD DEIC, CSISD Leadership, and PTO.”
